Weddings

Brawley uses an exclusive Charlotte catering company. Please visit our Food and Beverage Tab to learn more.

We have lots of vendors we would love to put you in touch with! We want to get to know you as a couple first so we are able to recommend the vendors right for you!

The Estate manager or host does not perform the duties of a professional event planner or the wedding director. The manager and/or host is present to assist the guests and estate functionality. 

Additional service recommendations are available through The Brawley Estate. Please inquire with your estate manager, for recommendations and more information.

Yes, our staff can provide coat check,

Event parking is free and a parking attendant is included.  The estate is not responsible for any acts or accidental occurrences while on the estate property.  Estate valet is available for an additional free. All valet attendants are not agents of the state and will be hired through a bonded insured company.

Absolutely! We would love to bring in what you need to make your event special. Coordinate with Brawley Estate Staff to assure when you are able to set up and break down.

The Brawley Estate is equipped with a restaurant graded kitchen, therefore, we only allow food from an esteemed Charlotte catering company, La-tea-da’s. They will coordinate with you on your food and beverage needs. Visit the Food and Beverage page to learn more.

food & drink

All alcohol shall be purchased from the contracted exclusive holder of the ABC license, LTD Events. LTD maintains the liability and purchasing rights for all beverages on the estate and provides at an additional fee professionally trained and T.I.P.S. certified bartenders

Our catering sales team team will be happy to handle the rental portion of your event and assist in selecting linen and specialty tableware. White china, glassware, and silverware for up to 150 guests is included in the venue rental.

We would love to create a custom menu for your event! Have no idea what you want for a meal? No worries we have sample menus for us to create the perfect meal for you and your guests!
